31 Et si tu donnes une partie de ta substance aux pauvres, c’est à moi que tu la donneras ; et elle sera déposée devant l’évêque de mon Église et ses conseillers, deux des anciens ou des grands prêtres, ceux qu’il désignera ou a désignés et mis à part dans ce but.
BIBLE ACTES 4:34,35
34 Car il n’y avait parmi eux aucun indigent : tous ceux qui possédaient des champs ou des maisons les vendaient, apportaient le prix de ce qu’ils avaient vendu,
35 et le déposaient aux pieds des apôtres ; et l’on faisait des distributions à chacun selon qu’il en avait besoin.

31 And inasmuch as ye impart of your substance unto the poor, ye will do it unto me; and they shall be laid before the bishop of my church and his counselors, two of the elders, or high priests, such as he shall appoint or has appointed and set apart for that purpose.

34 Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold,
35 And laid them down at the apostles’ feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need.
