Élie est venu pour tourner mon cœur vers mes ancêtres.

D&A 2 :1-3

« Voici, je vous révélerai la prêtrise par la main d’Élie, le prophète, avant que le jour du Seigneur arrive, ce jour grand et redoutable.

 Il implantera dans le cœur des enfants les promesses faites aux pères, et le cœur des enfants se tournera vers leurs pères 

S’il n’en était pas ainsi, la terre entière serait complètement dévastée à sa venue».

Elijah came to turn my heart to my ancestors.

“Behold, I will reveal unto you the Priesthood, by the hand of Elijah the prophet, before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.

 And he shall plant in the hearts of the children the promises made to the fathers, and the hearts of the children shall turn to their fathers

If it were not so, the whole earth would be utterly wasted at his coming.”.
